Thank you for the patience all of you demonstrated to me when I was applying for my first mortgage last fall and I didn't know the first thing on how to go about doing any of it. The three of you explained every step of the way making me feel comfortable and also making me feel that I was working with a trusting group of people.
My second time around with refinancing was no different. Thank you Dave for giving me a heads up about calling and checking back for lower interest rates in order to refinance and lower my monthly payment. You never tired of hearing my voice on the other end of the line asking you what the interest rates were at the time. You conintued to be patient and helpful, as did Beth. I really appreciate all of the time all of you spent with me to make things happen.

Our son, who is himself in the field of finance, recommended we contact you after we had waited over 4 weeks for our current lender to call us back regarding refinancing. [And when they did, we could only speak to “call screeners” who actually referred us to another financial institution because we had accounts there also!] They made no effort to be helpful or informative. And we had two mortgages with them, both with perfect payment histories, as well as exceedingly high credit ratings. We were quite frustrated.
